The tracker reads the tank itself. You see each refill with the litres and the pump, and the litres used every day.

How long the AC runs

The AC is the biggest load on the engine after moving the vehicle. The tracker reads the AC state from the vehicle and counts the minutes.

AC while standing: minutes with the AC on and the vehicle not moving, which is fuel burnt for nothing.
Per day and per week: see which vehicle and which driver runs the AC the most.
Less wear: fewer AC hours mean less load on the engine, the belt and the compressor.
